Say Wha?

So,

I just got invited to read at a Say What? event in August.

Say Wha? is an event put on by Sara Bynoe, a Vancouver actor and artist I went to Studio 58 with about a million years ago.

She's awesome. (See this picture for proof.)

You might remember her from Teen Angst Poetry, which was a series of events where people read their truly awful teenage poetry. They were all collected into an online database, for everyone to laugh at.

Anyways, apparently I need to find worst published material I can find, and then I've got a five-minute spot to share it with the audience.

I'll be pulling into Vancouver only a few days earlier, so this will be a cool way to reconnect with the Vancouver scene. It's also being organized by my friend Tracy from OCW.

Does anyone have suggestions for what to read? Let me know in the comments. And for those of you who want to come, it's going to be at 8:15 on Thursday, August 18 at Dr. Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Garden in Vancouver.
